Arts Anvil Iron Works, Inc. warranties all products for one year from the date of shipment.
Our warranty covers workmanship defects or failure within 12 months of the shipping date. If the product fails under normal conditions within this time frame, we must be notified in writing. The written statement must describe the defect or failure and a photo must be submitted with the explanation. Arts Anvil Iron Works, Inc. will review the claim. Based upon our discretion and decision, we will either repair and refinish the product or replace it. Products that fail as a result of negligence, ordinary wear, improper cleaning, public use or acts of nature will not be covered.
